二级研究员、博士生导师，中国科学院科学数据总中心主任，大数据分析系统国家工程研究中心副主任，中国信息协会科学数据专委会主任，中国档案学会科技档案与科学数据管理专委会副主任，承担国家发改委重大专项、国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点支持项目等20多项重要科研任务。授权发明专利50多项，获国际/国家标准10项；出版专著5本；在Cell Research、National Science Review、IEEE TKDE、KDD等国际著名期刊和会议发表论文150多篇，获2023年度中国科学院优秀教师称号，培养学生曾获中国科学院院长特别奖（2023）、中国科学院院长优秀奖（2021，2024）、中国政府优秀来华留学生（2020）等荣誉。
